The Governor's Wellness Award was developed to help organizations of all sizes across the state of Nebraska become recognized for their wellness efforts. The Governor's Wellness Award has recognized 517 companies since 2008 for their wellness achievements, with several companies receiving the award more than once. We are proud to be the administrators and facilitators of this evidence-based awards process.
Health Risk Assessment (HRA) & Interest Survey
The HRA is a widely used screening tool for employers. It is one of the first steps in a multi-component health prevention and promotion program.
The interest survey is integrated into the HRA. This section of the survey allows participants the opportunity to answer questions regarding their employer's health and well-being program. It also functions as a referral process to our internal Panhandle Public Health District programs.
After the HRA is completed, the overall survey results will be e-mail, along with a Health Risk Assessment (HRA) and Interest Survey Overview. Only aggregate data is provided to the employer.
